Lambert’s Sweet Rub O’ Mine Apple Chipotle Rub

Mark Lambert’s Apple Chipotle combines sweet with some sizzling chipotle.

Use this unique combo of sweet and sizzling chipotle flavour as a seasoning before cooking or as a finishing rub for your favourite BBQ meats.

This spicy combination was designed for pork but works well on chicken and cheese. Use in combination with Sweet Sauce O’ Mine for proven World Championship results.

Chipotle pepper, cane sugar, apple powder, smoked paprika, salt, dehydrated garlic, mustard seed, and no more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
